Cancelling an order: If you order an item, and then decide later on that it may not be right for you, you may cancel your order, provided it is within the same day that you placed your order.
Problems with an item: If you receive your order, and there is an issue with it (goods/parcel is damaged, wrong item delivered, item is defective, etc.), please do not hesitate to contact us and we will review your order. Please note that evidence of an issue may be requested (i.e. a photo).
If an item doesn't arrive: If your item never arrives to you, you will be eligible for a refund, provided that you contact us within after 30 days of your estimated delivery date.
Retail Discount Store may: Refuse a refund if we feel or suspect that there has been an abuse of or violation of our terms & conditions.
We may update or change our returns and exchanges policy periodically.
